PARADIGM Shift: A Bricolage Workshop is a therapeutic activity that uses everyday objects as a metaphorical catalyst to form a connection between oneself and one’s own psychological barrier. Adopting the concept of paradigm shift by Thomas Kuhn, where change happens when we start to think and observe in a new and different manner which is then complimented by the spirit of bricolage, working with constraints, an individual would go through a creative process using whatever material is present at hand.
To conclude the workshop and provide a closure, we will then have a sharing session, articulating and uncovering hidden meanings and relations from one’s creation to another.
