[Webinar] Women & Mental Health: Understanding Challenges and Promoting Wellbeing

May 21 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

There is growing awareness of women’s mental health in today’s world. Women often juggle multiple roles in the family, workplace, and wider community—each carrying its own pressures and expectations.

What are the common mental health challenges women face? How do stigma and prejudice affect their willingness to seek help? And how do cultural and community norms shape mental health behaviours around the world?

Join us for Women & Mental Health: Understanding Challenges and Promoting Wellbeing, where we will explore:
✔️ The most common mental health concerns affecting women
✔️ The impact of stigma on help-seeking behaviour
✔️ Cultural and global differences in accessing support
✔️ The latest research on promoting mental wellbeing and preventing depression

This session is ideal for professionals, students, and anyone interested in mental health, gender issues, and community wellbeing.
