The global pandemic has forced us to temporarily withdraw from the full range of our daily social engagements. In this half-day interactive online workshop, Dr Alan Wallace – a world-renowned meditation teacher, scholar and author, will share the secrets to finding a sustainable sense of well-being and freedom from anxiety and depression. Join us as Dr Alan Wallace discuss the ways that may help humanity evolve to a higher degree of psychological maturity through training in mindfulness and refined attention.

All proceeds of this workshop will go to Mind Science Centre, a centre of excellence under the National University Health System (NUHS) and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Psychological Medicine, academic research centre. We will administer the funds appropriately in our various research towards building mental resilience across all ages.
