Mindful Self-Care Programme (MSCP)

This three-session virtual programme is our latest initiative, in collaboration with the Centre for Healthcare Professionals Training! If you are looking for an introduction to the concepts and practices of mindfulness, this will be the perfect programme for you. Join Dr Virginia Lien to find out more about how you can manage stress more effectively in work and home situations

Self-compassion for Healthcare Communities

This six-session online course will enable its participants to learn how to care for yourself adequately, through practicing mindful self-awareness, effective emotional regulation and self-compassion. Join Dr Virginia Lien, ADJ A/P Mabel Yap and Dr Tanya Tierney to explore these key topics!

“Arts, Mindfulness & the Ageing Brain” Curation @ Mind Art Experiential Lab

With increased public interest, MSC decided to extend the current curation to February 2022, so as to allow more members of public to have a chance to benefit from the abundance of knowledge packed into the cozy space at Block 29 Level 2 of Alexandra Hospital. Age Well Everyday (AWE) E-learning Training Course

The full suite of 6 online modules on: Lifestyle Management I & II, Dementia, Depression, Stroke and Caregiving is available for the public to enroll in. You will be able to gain insight on how to better manage your own lifestyle, engage in active ageing and even enable you to become more confident as a caregiver.
