What is Digital Mental Health?
It is the application of digital technologies in mental healthcare for many purposes, including mental health and wellbeing promotion and prevention, wellbeing maintenance or self-care or treating specific mental illnesses. Experience a hands-on journey through digital mental health tools spanning AI therapy chatbots, brain function screeners, wearable devices, cognitive games and more. Explore five themed exhibition zones that address the mental health continuum, from everyday wellness to complex clinical needs and discover how digital solutions can support anxiety, depression, memory and attention.
Discover the Frontiers of Digital Mental Health
Journey through five dynamic zones that showcase the latest innovations in digital mental health. Begin at the Introductory Zone where you will receive an overview of the transformative technologies shaping this field. Explore Digital Biomarkers and Tools for Screening, Monitoring and Training and experience firsthand how these advancements are revolutionising mental health care. See how AI and Digital Art are influencing mental well-being and discover how Digital Therapeutics are offering new pathways to emotional wellness. Finally, reflect on the balance between innovation and ethics in The Future of Digital Mental Health. In each zone, you will have the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge technologies and try them yourself.
Creative Expression and Digital Healing
explore how digital art-making can become a powerful form of therapeutic care. Featuring digital artworks by students from Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) and the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), the showcase brings together visual expressions of anxiety, depression, memory and attention. CPAS students use iPads to communicate their emotions and experiences, demonstrating how digital tools open new pathways for youth with special needs to share their inner worlds. NAFA students present multimedia and interactive installations inspired by biophilic design, blending visuals, sound and movement to support mental wellbeing and encourage reflection in a digital age.
Try it Yourself
Test out wearables and new health technology, engage with multimedia artworks and reflect on the ethical dimensions of mental health data and AI. Whether you’re curious about managing stress, supporting loved ones, or learning about new mental health interventions, this exhibition invites you to discover, interact and be inspired.
